This Beka double oval steamer/roaster set is an amazing addition to your kitchen cookware collection, is energy efficient and quite versatile. This set features a high quality stainless steel construction with a layered sandwich base in the base pot and lid, for even heat distribution. The base pan is the largest piece and measures 4-3/4 inch tall. This piece may be used for roasting meats and vegetables, or as the base pan when stacking the pieces together for steaming. The two center pans are identical and both have steamer holes, and measure about 3 inch tall. This allows you to stack different foods in the separate pans and steam them all at one time. The lid is versatile, as well, in that it can also be flipped over and used as another pan. Also included in this set is a stainless steel roasting rack which can be inserted into the base or the lid. Each piece has dual handles for easy lifting. This roaster/steamer pan is suitable for use on any cooktop, including induction, and is dishwasher safe.
